When I applied for my schengen with airbnb I simply mentioned the address as a hotel. Mentioning as living with a person implies that the person is your sponsor and would require additional documents like sponsorship letters, invitation letter etc. you are paying for an accommodation that should qualify it as a paid accommodation aka hotel.
